Day 5 — Military Preparation (Friday)
Turn saved Radar Missions, prepared queues, and troop training into strong Friday points. This guide covers free scoring methods only; paid Diamond scoring is intentionally excluded.
| Action | Example value |
|---|---|
| Complete 1 Radar Mission | 26,250 |
| Gain 10 Construction Power | 253 |
| Gain 10 Research Power | 253 |
| Use 1 minute of Training Speedup | 137 |
| Use 1 minute of Build Speedup | 137 |
| Use 1 minute of Research Speedup | 137 |
These are screenshot examples. Your exact values depend on your Alliance Competition research.
Best double score: Friday uses three relevant Mission Readiness events—Train Soldiers, Base Construction, and Tech Research. Match each speedup to its event whenever possible.

Fill Radar storage for Friday
- Open Radar on Thursday and check the saved count beside the blue question-mark icon.
- Use your own maximum; capacity depends on Radar level.
- Radar refreshes every six hours.
- Complete only enough Thursday missions to leave space for every remaining free refresh.
- Work backward from the Thursday-to-Friday server reset and begin Friday as close to full capacity as possible.
Avoid staying full too early, which wastes refreshes, and avoid completing so many Thursday missions that Friday starts below capacity.

Construction, Research, and Speedups
Power formulas
(Construction or Research Power gained ÷ 10) × your personal Power value = VS Points
At the shown value of 253 per 10 Power, completing an upgrade worth 20,000 Power earns 506,000 VS Points.
Speedup formula
Total minutes used × your personal one-minute value = VS Points
Seven hours is 420 minutes. At the shown value of 137 per minute, that earns 57,540 VS Points.
| Queue | Start | Speedup | Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Construction | No | Yes | Yes |
| Research | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Training | Yes | Yes | No |
Pre-start construction when useful. Keep Research and Training queues ready when possible so they can be started during their matching Mission Readiness events.

Train soldiers—higher tiers earn more points
| Tier | Example points |
|---|---|
| T1 | 69 |
| T2 | 92 |
| T3 | 115 |
| T4 | 138 |
| T5 | 161 |
| T6 | 184 |
| T7 | 207 |
| T8 | 230 |
| T9 | 253 |
| T10 | 276 |
These are screenshot examples; your values may differ.
Training rule: troop training scores when you start the training and again when you use Training Speedups. Finishing the queue does not score again. Start the highest tier you can train efficiently during a Train Soldiers Mission Readiness window.

Thursday-to-Friday action plan
- Thursday daytime: manage Radar capacity so the remaining refreshes are not wasted.
- Before Friday: pre-start construction if useful, but prevent early completion. Keep Research and Training queues free when possible.
- At Friday reset: begin with Radar storage as full as possible.
- Before speedups: check the current four-hour Mission Readiness event and match the speedup type.
- Friday construction: use Build Speedups during Base Construction and finish the building Friday.
- Friday research: start, speed up, and finish research during Tech Research.
- Friday training: start troops and use Training Speedups during Train Soldiers; completion gives no extra score.
- Late Friday: use remaining speedups only when they still help the VS target.
Speedup sources
Special Ops, Mission Readiness, Alliance Ambush, Zombie Siege, Devourer, Nora rewards, Special Ops Random Boxes, 5-minute Speedup Chests, and Daily Missions all provide speedups. Shops include the Alliance, VIP, and Trial Shops; Trial Shop speedups can be expensive.
Final checklist
- Radar was prepared Thursday and completed Friday.
- Construction used speedups and finished Friday; its start was not counted.
- Research was started, sped up, and finished Friday.
- Training was started and sped up Friday; its finish was not counted.
- Every speedup was matched to the correct Mission Readiness window.
- Paid methods and purposeless spending were skipped.
